This delicious Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn recipe was born out of my intense sugary carb cravings, and I'm not ashamed to admit it!
Although my (Jessica's) family does not have a gluten intolerance, we have gotten to the point where we eat about 75% gluten free. This does make it difficult when I start having massive cravings for sweet, bread-y treats! Instead of gorging myself on cookies (which is what I would like to do) I made this popcorn and it was an instant hit with all ages. Our girls especially just went crazy!
So without further ado...
Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn
4-6 cups popped popcorn (plain!)
1 1/2 Tbsp canola oil
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar
1. Pour your canola oil over the popped popcorn. Gently toss to cover evenly.
2. In a seporate bowl, mix your cinnamon and sugar until combined.
3. Pour over your popcorn, tossing to evenly coat each piece with cinnamon sugar
Stuff your face!
