Our fabulous fall recap!

Happy Halloween everyone!  We celebrated early by going to our church's trunk or treat night on Wednesday.  Aren't our munchkins precious?

We had a blast and are thrilled that fall is finally here!  We LOVE fall.  Our favorite holidays are coming up (hello Thanksgiving!) and kids in costumes are so adorable!  As the weather gets colder, the leaves start falling and we start inhaling pumpkin lattes like they're going out of style, we thought we'd recap some of our favorite posts from October.

We were totally hooked on pumpkin this month.  We loved eating it:

And using it as a beauty product:

Cooler fall weather also means...fall clothes!  Jessica shared 5 tips for wearing leggings:
7x7 remix, tips for how to wear leggings for fall and winter

And how to wear your summer dresses even as it cools down:
six ways to wear a maxi skirt for fall and winter

Cooler weather forced Hilary to move inside to do some DIY home improvement projects:

And we celebrated a pretty special day in the life of our blog!
We have tons of great stuff coming up in November (we have tons of crochet tutorials, recipes and easy Christmas gift ideas).

  3. Congrats on turning 1!! I love these fashions. I am in desperate need of a wardrobe makeover. I have been looking for a few unique dresses that I can wear with boots and a nice jacket. The maxi dress is a great idea. Thanks so much for sharing, this post gave me a lot of great ideas that I can do.
P.S. Those kids are so adorable in their Halloween costume, that hamburger costume is to die for!!
