We are Jessica and Hilary - two sister-in-laws who are best friends (or is it best friends who happen to be sister-in-laws? Chicken or the egg, people!).  Anyways, we married two brothers who could not be more amazing men.

We've known each other for over ten years, since Hilary started dating Jessica's husband's younger brother. But it wasn't until the birth of our daughters (9 weeks apart!), that we started talking every day.

Gradually our discussions moved from parenting issues to other passions we have and we discovered we both love DIY, sewing, Little House on the Prairie, cooking healthy foods, exercise and coffee!  We both learned how to crochet at the same time, we've fallen in love with jewelry making and we swap recipes constantly!

We even loved each other so much, and our family's are so close, that In January of 2013 a dream came true for us. Jessica's family relocated Boise, ID, where Hilary was living with her family! Now we live a mile apart after years of long distance friendship! You can read all about our announcement of the move, as well as a super detailed history of our friendship, in this post.

This blog has become a place where we share what we've learned (the good, the bad and the really ugly) along with tons of tutorials, recipes and pictures. It's yet another thing we have in common!

We love homemaking and saving money and are always striving towards Domestic Bliss (cheaply, of course!).
